Involving Communities

The South Birmingham Involving Communities Group and Network is chaired by Karen Cheney (BCC) and supported by Sue Brookin.  It’s purpose is to identify and develop ways, means and good practices of encouraging local statutory services (e.g. BCC, Police, Fire) to better involve local communities in planning, decision making and democracy.  Below are some of the resources and presentations, available for anyone to use, which have been developed by the group:
